The Sherwood Router Table Insert Set of 5 Rings are made from industrial grade plastic that does not flex or warp. Using an insert ring spanner, they fix firm and flush into the surface of compatible router table mounting plates. They are a ‘no brainer’ upgrade for anyone who uses a router table. In addition, the 1-3/8in (35mm) insert ring included in the set is compatible with Milescraft Metal Bushing Sets, and it can be used to centre your router when attaching to a mounting plate. 5 insert rings 98mm in diameter with the following aperture openings:

• 1/4in (6.35mm)
• 1/2in (12.7mm)
• 1-3/8in (35mm)
• 2in (50.8mm)
• 2-1/2in (63.5mm)

Compatible with the Milescraft Metal Bushing Set

A cool trick is that 1-3/8in (35mm) insert ring is compatible with Milescraft Metal Bushing Sets. Available as either a Metric set MC-1278, or as an Imperial set MC-1228, these bushes are invaluable accessory for your router setup. Use to complete template routing, dovetailing, sign making and inlay routing. Bushing sizes include:

• MC-1228 – 5/16in, 3/8in, 7/16in, 1/2in, 5/8in, 3/4in and 51/64in.
• MC-1278 – 10mm, 13mm, 17mm, 20mm, 24mm, 27mm and 30mm
