Freud’s Heavy Duty Professional Rip Blades are designed for smooth and fast heavy-duty ripping. They are the perfect saw blade for both enthusiast and professional makers working in solid timber and a variety of composite materials.
The Freud Heavy Duty Professional Rip Blade
These precision rip blade give smooth fast rips in hardwoods and softwoods. They are also good for ripping composite materials such as plywood and chipboard. The combination of a rigid blade body and razor sharp flat top carbide teeth will produce a “glue line” precision cut. These blades are precision balanced and can be used in gang-rip operations. The ideal working range is from 3/4in (19mm) to 2-3/4in (70mm) thick. This blade also features laser cut anti-vibration slots, practically eliminating the vibration that resonates in standard blades. With these professional ripping blades there is no need for stabilizers.
